AI FEATURES AND ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Voxara uses artificial intelligence features, including the Lexi AI assistant, to generate responses, summaries, and insights based on your personal knowledge base. These AI features are powered by third-party language model providers (including Groq, Inc. and Anthropic, PBC) that process your queries to generate responses. The specific provider used depends on your subscription plan. These providers process your data solely to provide the AI service and do not use your data for training their models.
Automatic Knowledge Extraction: When you create a voice note, Voxara automatically extracts key facts and concepts from your transcript using a third-party language model (Groq). This background process sends your transcript text to the AI provider to structure your knowledge base. No additional user action is required — this happens automatically after each recording.
What is sent to AI providers: When you use Lexi or record a voice note, the following data may be sent to our AI providers (Groq or Anthropic): your transcript text, your query, recent conversation history, and relevant knowledge excerpts from your notes. We do not send your email address, name, user ID, or other personally identifiable metadata to these providers.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated information. You should independently verify any information provided by AI features before relying on it. AI responses do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or any other form of professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
Your voice recordings and transcripts are not used to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our AI service providers (Groq and Anthropic) delete your data after generating responses and do not retain it for training purposes.
